What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr. Accountant position at FORZA STEEL USA LLC?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyze account information
- Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Perform monthly bookkeeping and Accounting from clients and vendors
- Handle general accounting functions (journal entries, general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements
- Prepare tax documents
- Other duties as assigned by manager
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Must have 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office – with emphasis on Excel
- SAP
- Computer literacy skills, especially with MS Excel and basic data entry and computation
- Analytical skills with a keen sense of organization and detail
- Proven time management skills and ability to work under strict deadlines
- Respect for confidentiality of information laws and local ethics
- Expertise in activity-based costing for fixed and variable costs in relation to the overall direct cost of a line of products
- Must be respectful, honest, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
