Position: Fleet Maintenance Clerk
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, onsite
Job Description:
The ideal Fleet Maintenance Clerk will be responsible for auditing invoices, addressing internal customer needs, developing vendor relationship and invoice resolution and analysis.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
- Reconcile monthly statements from vendors to ensure all invoices have been received and closed for payment and also clean the system of accrued maintenance purchase orders no longer needed
- Various other reporting done weekly and monthly
- Will be accountable for invoice processing when time allows
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, high integrity
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of reporting tools & other MIS tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Skills:
- Ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic
- Interpersonal skills necessary to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong organization, and prioritization
- General computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, AS400
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
