Forward Traffic & Marking is hiring an experienced Diesel / Fleet Mechanic to support our growing operations across Wisconsin. If you can diagnose issues, work independently, and take pride in quality repairs, this is a strong long-term opportunity.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair diesel/gas trucks and equipment
- Work on electrical and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Complete DOT compliance checks
- Occasional welding/fabrication
- Mostly shop work, with some field service
What We're Looking For
- 3 years mechanic experience (diesel preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license (clean record)
- Ability to maintain a FEDMED card
- CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed
- Willing to work overtime when needed
