Role Description
We are looking for a full time and part time Registered Dietitian with a hybrid on-site and remote working schedule. These positions emphasize collaboration with other wellness professionals that we have deceloped partnerships with to ensure a holistic approach to a sustainable journey to success for our patients.
You will work hand-in-hand with certified personal trainers and physicians with our local private practice partners as well. Whetherw it be in weight loss, athletic performance, or special populations - let's show the Lehigh Valley what quality care looks like!
Responsibilities
This hybrid position within our company will assume a blend of responsibilities on-site and remote, including:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and individualized consultations
- Develop personalized nutrition plans and provide routine patient encounters with patient-centric approach
- Maintain accurate and thorough client notes and charts
- Schedule and manage client follow-ups
- Build rapport and foster trust with a diverse client base
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal client outcomes
- Create workshops for communities and corporations
- Aid in the development of a corporate wellness division of the company
Qualifications
- Proficient in patient-centric Medical Nutrition Therapy
- Experience in preventative dietetics
- Knowledge evidence-based dietary practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse individuals
- Ability to work on-site and commit to a full-time schedule
- Experience with corporate wellness programs or community health initiatives
Required: Bachelor's Degree or Master’s in related field, RDN/LDN in Pennsylvania
