Position: FSET Outreach Specialist

Location: 726 Pine St, Green Bay, WI 54301

Are you passionate about connecting people with life-changing opportunities? As an FSET Outreach Specialist, you'll serve as the face of our FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET) program, building relationships throughout the community and helping individuals access employment and training services that support long-term success. Your ability to engage, educate, and inspire will directly impact the lives of those we serve.

Position Overview – Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations to increase awareness of the FSET program, develop referral partnerships, and expand program participation.
• Conduct outreach by contacting referred customers, promoting program services, organizing recruitment activities, and facilitating orientations and informational sessions.
• Support participant engagement by documenting outreach efforts, maintaining accurate electronic records, and serving as the first point of contact for questions about the FSET program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, workforce development, recruiting, staffing, sales, human resources, or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable building community partnerships, conducting outreach, and presenting to groups
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• A genuine commitment to helping others succeed
