Position: Mobility Manager
In this role, you will help low-income families and individuals identify practical transportation solutions that support employment and childcare needs. As a Mobility Manager for WETAP, you will coordinate transportation services, provide individualized support and education, and build strong partnerships with employers, transportation providers, human service agencies, and other community organizations.
Position Overview- Key Responsibilities (Full details on attached job description):
- Providing case management and individualized support to identify transportation solutions related to employment and childcare
- Coordinating vehicle repair, vehicle loan, and vehicle donation services, including eligibility, loan tracking, and repayment monitoring
- Conducting customer interviews, assessing available resources and job readiness, and helping individuals explore practical options that support personal, financial, and employment goals
- Providing transportation, budgeting, and financial literacy education and completing required participant data and Wisconsin Department of Transportation reporting
- Building partnerships with employers, transportation providers, human service agencies, and community organizations to strengthen and develop transportation solutions

Qualifications:
- Reside in Wisconsin
- Associate degree with two years of work-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Ability to work one-on-one with individuals to identify barriers, explore options, and develop practical solutions while maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to build effective partnerships with businesses, transportation providers, human service agencies, and community organizations, and to deliver presentations or facilitate discussions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and database systems, including accurate and efficient typing skills of at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
