Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
- Understand and analyze business processes and requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions using Workday functionalities.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into Workday system requirements.
- Configure and customize Workday systems to meet business needs.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired state.

Project Management:
- Plan and manage the Workday implementation project from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress, managing risks and issues and ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders at all levels.

- Oversee the implementation of Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with Workday consultants and internal IT teams for system integration and data migration.
- Conduct testing phases, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
