What You’ll Do
- Consult with borrowers to understand their financing needs
- Originate residential mortgage loans and guide clients through the loan process
- Follow up with provided leads and grow your referral network
- Collect and review borrower documentation
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations
- Work collaboratively with clients, real estate agents, and our team
- Have access to Real Estate Agents and Open Houses via our collaborative relationships with Renovate San Diego and Premier Agency Real Estate

Requirements
- Active NMLS license (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Previous mortgage origination experience is a plus, but not required (training available)
