Forward Logistics is an intrastate and interstate motor carrier specializing in Loose Cargo Load (LCL), Full Container Load (FCL), Full Trailer Load (FTL), oversized cargo, and special project cargo delivery. In human words, we move cargo from point A to point B on the road with a truck.

ARE YOU ONE OF US?
This position belongs to the Accounting Team and reports to the Billing Supervisor. This position is responsible for processing billing documents into transportation management system and issuing invoices to customers.
Requirements:
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner, including distribution via email, mail, customer portals, and other platforms as required by customers.
- Identify customers’ special instruction/ need and relay to appropriate teammates for corresponding action.
- Collaborate with various teammates to ensure all billing documents are processed with customers’ satisfaction as top priority.
- Prepare billing reports, customer statements, and other related documentation while maintaining organized and accurate billing records.
- Resolve discrepancies in data received/ processed.
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in invoicing or billing roles.
- Excellent typing skills and speed.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Strong ability to multi-task and to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and professional e-mail etiquette.
- Effective oral and written communication skill.
- High school graduate required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.
