Role Description
This is a flexible, part/full-time, on-site Client Service Specialist role based in Brookfield, WI. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining client accounts. Core responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing client data, coordinating client communications, and supporting financial advisors in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Client Services and Customer Service skills with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellence in Communication and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of Finance and experience in a wealth management or financial services environment
- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude in addressing client needs
- Experience with financial planning tools and CRM systems is preferred
- Prior experience in a client-facing role is advantageous
- Series 7 and 66 (Or desire to pursue) preferred
