The Operations Associate is responsible for conducting routine data entry and self-review, assisting in client onboarding and new account setup, and supporting senior staff with various tasks. This role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills.

What You Will Do
The Operations Associate is responsible for conducting routine data entry and self-review, assisting in client onboarding and new account setup, and supporting senior staff with various tasks. This role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills.
- Assist in all areas of back-office operations including client acceptance, onboarding, new account setup, and client maintenance
- Assists with weekly and monthly reporting/tracking
- Responsible for data integrity in Portfolio Management System, CRM, and Document Repository
- Follows firm policies and procedures, emphasizing their importance in maintaining consistency and compliance
- Serves as the last line of defense, actively aware of risks in procedures, adheres to firm policies and best practices, and escalates questions to the Operations Lead or Manager
- May assist with training new team members on routine tasks and standard operating procedures
- Assists with various additional operations responsibilities as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1 years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning
