The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.

Illinois Wage Transparency
Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek. What You Will Do
- Lead and oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of detailed transfer pricing studies aligned with global compliance requirements
- Design and strategize robust transfer pricing policies while delivering diverse and forward-thinking advisory solutions to multinational clients
- Conduct advanced analysis leveraging economic, financial, and industry data to inform strategic recommendations and identify risk mitigation opportunities
- Drive client discovery through high-level functional analysis interviews, translating nuanced operational insights into actionable transfer pricing frameworks
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams and direct reports, ensuring project excellence and professional development
- Cultivate client partnerships by managing key relationships and driving business development efforts across industries and geographies
- Champion strategic initiatives internally and externally to align with evolving tax regulations and enhance firm capabilities
- Deliver UCX (Unparalleled Client Experience) by embedding quality, responsiveness, and innovation in every engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field
- 4.5 years of experience in public accounting tax or international tax/transfer pricing
- Current and valid CPA, EA, CFA, CVA, or FMVA certification, or hold an advanced degree such as a JD, LLM, PhD, or a Master's in a related business field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Direct Transfer Pricing experience
- Proficiency with tax research tools
