What You Will Do
- Lead or support healthcare client engagements, with a focus on patient access and patient financial services applying operational knowledge, analytical rigor, and client-facing consulting skills to help healthcare organizations improve financial and operational outcomes.
- Contribute to large-scale revenue cycle performance improvement initiatives through both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Support healthcare client engagements, with a focus on patient access and patient financial services
- Conduct data analysis to identify and evaluate performance trends
- Deliver a best-in-class client experience through proactive communication and high-quality work
- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to validate workflows, facilitate knowledge transfer, and address challenges
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and professional development support.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, or a related field
- 4 years of relevant healthcare experience working with hospitals and health systems.
- Working experience with EPIC, Oracle/Cerner, or Meditech
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle with a focus on claim denials, accounts receivables management, and/or patient access
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client need
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle finance, reserve modeling, and general ledger systems
- Master's Degree
- Prior consulting experience
- Experience in PowerBI or Tableau
