Our client is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead and evolve a high-impact marketing organization focused on brand growth, market expansion, and client engagement onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role will define and execute a forward-looking marketing strategy that elevates brand presence and drives business growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic leadership, operational execution, and brand storytelling, with a particular emphasis on experiential marketing—creating immersive, high-impact brand experiences similar to large-scale activations such as Formula 1 events.
This leader will work cross-functionally with business development, operations, and executive stakeholders to position the organization as a standout brand in competitive, relationship-driven markets.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Leadership
- Develop and lead a long-term marketing strategy aligned with business growth and expansion goals
- Partner with executive leadership to define go-to-market strategies for new markets, services, and verticals
- Present marketing strategy, performance insights, and forecasts to senior leadership
- Drive market research and competitive intelligence to inform positioning and growth strategy
Brand, Experience & Communications
- Define and manage brand identity and positioning across all channels
- Lead the development of experiential marketing initiatives that create memorable, high-touch client and brand experiences (e.g., VIP events, large-scale activations, immersive environments)
- Oversee public relations, media strategy, events, and industry engagement
- Serve as a brand ambassador and thought leader at industry events and speaking opportunities
Operational & Financial Management
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and strategic alignment
- Oversee all marketing functions, including digital strategy, content, proposals, and business development support
- Implement a data-driven marketing approach, tracking KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, pipeline influence, and conversion
- Evaluate and optimize marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics tools)
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Define team structure, roles, and capabilities to support organizational growth
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, accountability, and collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5 years in a senior executive role
- Proven success building strong brands and driving growth in B2B or relationship-driven industries
- Demonstrated experience leading or integrating experiential marketing initiatives (events, activations, brand experiences)
- Expertise in full-funnel marketing strategy, from awareness to client retention
- Strong leadership, executive presence, and communication skills
- Experience with MarTech platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools
- Track record of managing budgets with performance and ROI focus
Preferred Experience
- Background in industries such as construction, real estate, architecture/engineering, or other project-based environments
- Experience supporting organizations through growth, expansion, or transformation
- Familiarity with RFP/bid processes and client-driven sales cycles
- Experience designing high-profile, experiential brand activations that drive engagement and differentiation
