Our client is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to support a growing and reputable construction business in Baton Rouge, LA. This role works closely with operations and project teams to manage financial performance, improve forecasting, and support decision-making across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Partner with operations on project selection, pricing, and cash flow planning
- Provide clear insights to support margin improvement and risk management
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
- Support strong internal controls and GAAP-compliant reporting
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project-based finance
- Solid understanding of job costing, WIP, and cost controls
- Experience with Power BI required
- Comfortable working with both finance and field teams
- Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or Viewpoint Vista is a plus
- MBA or CCIFP is preferred, but not required
