What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Business Analyst position at Forvis Mazars, LLP?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for our banking client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional specifications
- Conduct data analysis to inform business decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including flowcharts and use cases
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting on outcomes and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 4 years of relevant business analyst experience
- Ability to work on-site at least three days a week
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
