The Outsourced Accounting Services team is a trusted partner for organizations facing complex financial demands. What You Will Do:
Provide Exceptional Client Service and Coordinate Work in the Following Areas:
- Import or synchronize general ledger data
- Process accounts payable, including Bill.com integration
- Post payroll journal entries
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare and review depreciation schedules
- Assist with monthly and year-end trial balance closings
- Support the preparation and review of monthly management reports and financial statements
- Deliver virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services
- Participate in software application implementation projects
- Facilitate training and development for associates and colleagues
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
- 1 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or organizational accounting operations, including accounting system workflows, financial statement preparation, and supervision of accounting, payroll, and sales tax functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Prior experience with CaseWare, Fixed Assets CS, and Bill.com
- Experience working with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Intacct, or similar general ledger software package
