YOUR TASKS Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation. Operate and manage a variety of computer-controlled and mechanically controlled machines. Conduct regular inspections of machinery, reporting any faults or issues to the maintenance team. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet production standards and quality control parameters. Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from machines. Maintain activity logs, production records, and other necessary documentation. Follow all safety procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, maintenance, and other manufacturing support staff. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the Company. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards even under high production demand. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues with machinery or production processes. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time. Basic computer skills for record keeping and machine operation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with other workers. Adherence to all applicable safety guidelines and willingness to attend necessary training. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and overtime if necessary.
