FORVIA - HELLA is seeking its next great Project Manager - ADAS Radar to join our growing ADAS team. The primary function of this role is to take ownership of assigned ADAS Radar programs . This individual will be joining a well established group that is focused on future radar creation above our current production generations.

Daily Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of automotive Radar (ADAS) programs, ensuring balanced delivery of quality, cost, and timing to meet program KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and purchasing from project start through EOP.
- Plan and track milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with OEM requirements and achievement of quality, cost, timing, and commercial targets.
- Manage program changes, assessing impact on scope, cost, timing, and profitability with disciplined change control.
- Define, coordinate, and steer work packages using standard automotive program management tools and governance processes.
- Represent the program toward OEM customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and proactive issue resolution throughout the lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field)
- 5 years experience managing complex automotive projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead global, multidisciplinary teams (engineering, purchasing, quality, logistics, ect).
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse international environment
- Strong risk identification and mitigation planning throughout program phases.
- Experience in Radar Technology
- 8 years experience in the automotive industry
