Daily Responsibilities
- Review OEM customer requirements to create cutting edge hardware design
- Guide, instruct, and support other team members
- Work with program management and prepare documentation including schematics, bill of materials, hardware software specification, and DFMEA.
- Manage testing process including plan creation, data analysis, reporting and recommendations.
- Manage all specification for module specifications
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years hardware development experience including advanced fundamental electrical design knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent by combination of education and years of experience.
- Knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) design.
- Prior Experience helping to lead and develop teams
- Prior exposure / experience to multiple types of voltage systems
