Forum is looking for a warm, motivated Front Desk Concierge to be the face of our health club. This is a people-first role — you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors, and for sharing the value of Forum membership with prospective members.

Forum is a social athletic club located in Delano, MN, where work, meet, and play come together under one roof. We offer memberships as well as drop-in options, making Forum accessible to everyone — whether you're a regular or stopping by for the first time. Members and guests enjoy 4 indoor pickleball courts with live scoring and instant replay, two Trackman golf simulators, a boutique fitness center with group classes and outdoor turf, an authentic Finnish sauna, locker rooms, and private office and co-working spaces. At Forum, we're not just a gym or a court — we're a community built around connection, competition, and an elevated everyday lifestyle.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Member experience
- Greet members and guests warmly, learning names and faces to create a personalized experience
- Own guest requests and concerns, resolving them promptly and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Assist members with reservations for club amenities including pickleball courts, golf simulators, and fitness studio
Membership & sales
- Guide new guests through facility tour and membership sales process
- Answer membership inquiries and confidently communicate the value of Forum's offerings and services
- Build relationships that convert prospective guests into long-term members
- Make outbound calls to leads, current members, and customers to set club tour appointments, to foster retention, and to educate about upcoming programming
- Stay knowledgeable about all Forum amenities and programs to proactively match members with the right options
Facility & operations
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all club spaces, including locker rooms and saunas
- Keep snack and grab-and-go offerings stocked and fresh
- Support leadership with daily operations and uphold Forum's standards throughout every shift

REQUIREMENTS
- Prefer min. 1 year sales/membership sales experience
- Basic knowledge of digital tools like Slack, Microsoft Office, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
