We're seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic, remote team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and improving our AI-powered platform, working across our entire tech stack to create efficient, scalable solutions that drive our mission forward.

The Role
We're seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic, remote team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and improving our AI-powered platform, working across our entire tech stack to create efficient, scalable solutions that drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain features across our full technology stack
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to our engineering best practices
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Strong experience with our tech stack: Svelte, Python, PostgreSQL (Neon), Terraform, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proven track record of building and shipping production-ready web applications
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Meaningful experience building products in startup environments
- Strong collaborator, and highly effective in a remote environment
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and integrations
- Familiarity with grant funding processes or impact-driven sectors (climate, healthcare, defense, and deep tech)
