Utilities face intensifying regulatory scrutiny under NERC, with fines ranging from tens of thousands to millions of dollars. Yet most compliance is still manual: spreadsheets, checklists, and consultants dominate. As the grid modernizes, these legacy approaches can’t scale.
We see an opportunity to build an AI-native compliance copilot—automating evidence collection, anomaly detection, and audit preparation across 95 NERC standards. By embedding AI directly into utility workflows, this platform can cut costs, reduce risks, and keep operators audit-ready at all times.
