Position Summary:
To assist and train under the Administrator on the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents.
Assistant Administrator/AIT include:
- Financial Management
- Census Development
- Regulatory Compliance

Requirements:
Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ or six months from completion
Licensure/Certifications:
- Texas Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Or completion of 15 academic credit hours in long-term care administration, according to NAB requirements and completion of 1,000 hours in an (AIT) internship with a DADS-approved preceptor (Internship may be completed while employed within first 6 months of employment)
Skills:
