- Prepare US international tax calculations, including foreign E&P, Subpart F, GILTI/NCTI, foreign source royalties, Section 986(c) and 987 FX gains and losses, Section 861 expense allocations, and foreign tax credits.
- Prepare Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax calculations, including Transitional and Permanent Safe Harbors, Simplified and Jurisdictional ETRs, GILTI/NCTI pushdowns, QDMTTs, IIRs, and UTPRs.
- Run US international and Pillar Two models, including internal models, cloud-based provision and compliance tools, and Alteryx-based data workflows.
- Compile information for the outside firm preparing US information returns for foreign entities (Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, 8992, 8993, 5452, 5713, 8975 CbCR, and annual elections/statements), and review the completed forms.
- Support the annual transfer pricing adjustment process: analyze intercompany margins against benchmarks, communicate adjustments, and coordinate journal entries with the consolidations team.
- Compile information for the outside firm preparing the transfer pricing master file and local reports, and review the completed reports.
- Assist with vendor Form W-8 reviews for the procure-to-pay team.
- Support tax planning by running what-if scenarios in the international models and building transaction-specific models as needed.
- Potential to help with distribution and repatriation planning, coordinating with Legal, Treasury, Finance, and outside advisers through execution.
