Essential Functions
- Set up, operate, and maintain printing presses.
- Monitor the printing process to maintain print quality and consistency.
- Ensure that the final print meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Responsible for routine maintenance on printing equipment and general housekeeping.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Abide by all OSHA regulations and other established company safety policies.
- Maintain prompt and reliable attendance.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Previous experience operating a sheetfed press is preferred (Goss or DGM).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, lifting, handling and moving items.
- Ability to stoop, bend, push and pull items.
- Requires full use of hands, arms, finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Occasionally required to lift and /or move up to 50 lbs.
- Physically able to operate machinery.
- Frequent exposure to vibration, fumes or airborne particles.
- Works in a printing plant environment. Work with moving machinery. Exposure to loud noises and moving mechanical parts.
Salary : $18 - $23
