Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role located on-site in Laredo, TX. The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative support, including the preparation of expense reports, coordinating executive activities, and managing communications. Daily tasks will involve offering administrative assistance, scheduling meetings, and assisting with various executive support duties.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Excellent Executive Support capabilities
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- Previous experience in a real estate or property management setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
