The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for administrative support by scheduling appointments via phone and email to ensure clients have accurate and up-to-date information regarding depositions and court proceedings.
Someone who likes to work with a team, exhibits excellent customer service skills, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and can prioritize multiple responsibilities would be successful.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Schedule new litigation jobs (assignments) via email and phone.
- Review job information, special requests, and notes for accuracy to ensure court resources are prepared for court proceedings.
- Assign and send confirmation emails to clients and resources, providing status updates daily.
- Manage and update the availability calendar as needed.
- Document, update, and review administrative processes in the SOP manual.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Video Conferencing, and Dropbox.
- 1-3 years of administrative/related experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Professional email and phone etiquette.
- High level of focus on details and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to help others.
