Job Overview
Forty One Construction is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, conduct in-home consultations, present project proposals and estimates, and guide clients through the sales process for residential remodeling projects, including decks, roofing, siding, kitchens, bathrooms, and other home improvement services.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and has strong communication and sales skills. Experience in residential construction or home improvement sales is a plus, but not required.

Duties
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess project needs and provide renovation solutions.
- Present detailed project proposals and estimates based on customer requirements.
- Perform timely follow-ups with all leads, estimates, and previous client visits to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the entire sales process.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close residential remodeling projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the sale, coordinating communication and ensuring a smooth project experience from contract signing through project completion.
- Collaborate with the production team to support project scheduling, customer communication, and issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the company's reputation for quality and professionalism.
