POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient execution of core HR functions including onboarding, HR operation, benefits administration, records management, time and attendance/payroll reconciliation within Workday, and project support.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented HR professional who can balance administrative responsibilities with strategic HR support while maintaining confidentiality and strong internal partnerships across the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources Operations & Employee Experience
- Lead day‑to‑day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance HR service delivery.
Benefits Administration
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, terminations, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and a strong employee understanding of available programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries, helping employees navigate plan options and resolve issues.
- Partner with HR leadership to support annual Open Enrollment, including planning, communications, and employee education.
- Administer leave programs (FMLA, ADA, disability) and maintain compliant, audit‑ready documentation.
Payroll, Time & Attendance Reporting (Workday)
- Own Workday time and attendance processes, ensuring accurate payroll‑impacting data and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Maintain employee data integrity across new hires, transfers, status changes, and terminations.
- Review and reconcile payroll‑related data, including on‑cycle, off‑cycle, and retroactive updates.
Workday System Support & HR Technology
- Serve as a primary HR resource for Workday data entry, maintenance, and system administration.
- Support testing, implementation, and optimization of Workday functionality to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on HR system processes.
- Maintain internal HR resources and ensure secure, compliant access to HR documentation.
Strategic Project Support
- Partner with HR leadership on workforce initiatives, organizational needs, and employee experience matters.
- Support data‑driven decision‑making through research, reporting, and insights that strengthen organizational health.
- Contribute to cross‑functional HR projects that enhance HR operations, employee engagement, and process scalability.
- Identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve manager capability, employee experience, and HR effectiveness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
- 1 year of Workday experience.
- 1 year of Payroll reconciliation
- 2 years of Benefits experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and ability to interpret and apply HR policies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PHR/SHRM‑CP preferred.
- Prior experience supporting or participating in Workday implementations and/or integrations is preferred
