As we continue expanding our footprint in Virginia, we are proud to bring our iconic legacy to our fourth VA location in Springfield, where a brand-new, state-of-the-art furniture showroom is set to open soon. We are actively building a talented team to bring this exciting new store to life—and we are hiring immediately with the opportunity to start right away!

After just two months of employment, you will already earn two weeks of paid vacation. As your career progresses with us, you will gain access to:

Team members enjoy a strong compensation structure that rewards effort and results. You will receive:

• A guaranteed wage base

• 2.5% to 5% commissions

• 20% performance incentives

• Reliable bi-weekly pay, including base, commissions, and earned incentives and all three are paid to you biweekly, your guaranteed base pay commissions incentives!
