This role is perfect for someone who enjoys conversations, building relationships, and learning a new skill. Prior recruiting or trucking experience is not required—we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

About The Role
Be a positive and professional representative of Fortune Transportation
Communicate with prospective drivers via phone, text, and email
Introduce drivers to Fortune’s culture, equipment, lanes, and opportunities
Guide drivers through the hiring and onboarding process
Build strong relationships and maintain consistent follow-up with candidates
Work closely with operations and leadership to meet hiring goals
Accurately track applicant progress and maintain recruiting records
Ideal Candidate
You enjoy talking to people and building relationships
You are confident on the phone and comfortable having multiple conversations daily
You are motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
You can manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking experience is a plus, but not required
You bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic every day
