About the Role
This is a fast-paced outbound phone sales role focused on speaking with prospective clients from our internal database, building trust over the phone, and guiding individuals through available financial options.

No prior finance or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching. We look for attitude, work ethic, consistency, and communication skills.
This is not a customer service or remote role. Success in this position comes from high activity, persistence, and the ability to stay focused throughout the day.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Make 150–250 outbound calls daily
- Speak with prospective clients from our internal lead database
- Build rapport and professionally handle objections
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward
- Track daily activity and performance metrics
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication throughout the process
This role requires consistency, focus, accountability, and comfort working on the phone in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Base salary uncapped commission
- Performance-based bonuses
- Typical first-year earnings: $60,000–$120,000
- Top performers earn well into six figures
Compensation is directly tied to performance, consistency, and production.
