As a Court Research Analyst, your primary responsibilities will involve locating and updating leads within our database. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales & legal teams with court document retrieval. We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated, possess excellent attention to detail, and have a knack for online research. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to solve problems through independent research when needed and maintain a willingness to assist with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on potential clients using public record databases, court dockets, and other publicly available information sources. Contact sources via phone and email to verify or gather information as required.
- Analyze gathered information and ensure its accuracy.
- Apply a strong understanding of our business operations to identify potential clients and opportunities for improving customer service.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures when collecting, formatting, and organizing data.
- Keep our internal database up to date to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information.
