Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and basic Japanese dishes
- Handle fish and ingredients properly
- Maintain a clean and organized sushi station
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently during busy hours
- Support the kitchen team when needed
