You'll partner closely with project teams and leadership to turn great work into great stories, while keeping our brand sharp and consistent across every office and jobsite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce standout marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, qualifications packages, and proposal materials
- Turn technical project details into compelling stories for our website, social channels, press releases, and award submissions
- Maintain current and accurate marketing resources, including resumes, project sheets, presentation materials, brochures, CRM data, and digital asset libraries
- Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent voice and visual identity across all offices and jobsites
- Development and management of website content
- Oversee social media execution and digital campaigns across firm channels
- Attend and document Atlanta office events, internal activities, and other firm initiatives as needed
- Manage multiple parallel projects and deadlines while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- 5 years in a marketing role, preferably in the AEC industry
- Experience in custom content creation to specific target audiences
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, DAMs, and email-based marketing programs
