What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Guard (Full Time, In House, Bilingual Required) Mid-Shift Brickell - Luxury Condo position at Fortune House Condominium?

List of requirements for this position:
- Applicant must be Bilingual. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to stand and walk while monitoring common areas and patrolling the building.
- Must have a valid State of Florida Security "D" License.
- Be flexible to work different shifts: morning, afternoon, and/or night based on availability.
- Ability to complete detailed incident reports and on-duty logs.
- Must be professional, reliable and ensure that the building, its residents, guests, and employees, are always safe and secure.
- Must maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and a professional appearance at all times.
- Be courteous to residents and guests, offering assistance with customer service skills, patience, attentiveness, and clear communications.
- Eager to learn the building systems and policies, while providing first response and support when and where needed.
- Have basic PC skills and knowledge of Excel, Word, and other common software.
- Friday-Sunday Shifts (Morning/Afternoon)
