Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a spotless environment.
- Perform detailed floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a fresh and inviting space.
- Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing janitorial duties with precision.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to deliver consistent quality service.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during scheduled intervals or as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet extraction.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts; ability to handle cleaning equipment safely.
