Project Manager - SSO Integration

Job Title: Project Manager - SSO integrations (Waterfall & Agile)

Job Location: Deerfield Beach FL

Responsibilitie

• sLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SSO and identity integration projects from initiation through production deployment
• .Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery milestones
• .Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, Application Development, Vendors, and Business stakeholders
• .Facilitate project meetings, status updates, steering committee presentations, and executive communications
• .Identify, document, and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests
• .Ensure alignment between business objectives, security requirements, and technical implementation strategies
• .Oversee testing, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live activities
• .Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting on milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• .Drive adoption of project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• .Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and access management standards

Required Qualificatio

• nsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fiel
• d.5 years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology initiative
• s.Demonstrated experience leading SSO, Identity Management, Authentication, or Enterprise Integration project
• s.Experience managing cross-functional teams within large enterprise environment
• s.Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder communicatio
• n.Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery model
• s.Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skill
