Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently
- Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all items are hygienic and ready for use
- Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and boxes safely in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas through regular sanitation
Skills

- Experience with dishwashing equipment operation and basic kitchen tools
