Position: Senior Google Cloud Engineer

What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and administer GCP architecture and environments, including cloud-native applications and automation.
- Optimize GCP costs, create architecture diagrams, and extend on-premise policies to cloud deployments.
- Implement cybersecurity solutions, perform compliance validations and audits, and enhance monitoring, configuration management, and reporting.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting cloud technology issues with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and oversee pipeline and scanning implementations.
- Collaborate with application development teams to meet cloud infrastructure requirements ensuring availability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years of experience working with GCP
- 10 years of experience with infrastructure as code and cloud orchestration
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, module creation, and automation
- Expertise in GCP services such as Cloud Build, Cloud Logging, Artifact Registry, BigQuery, Composer, GKE, Cloud SQL, and IAM
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tooling (Git, Artifactory, registries)
- Solid experience with cloud security protocols, disaster recovery strategies, encryption, monitoring, and backup automation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
