We are looking for an outstanding in-office Executive Assistant and Project Manager. The ideal candidate is bright, detail oriented, helpful, organized, a problem solver, has a sense of urgency, cheerful, confident, harworking and willing to go above and beyond for their work. *Job Duties: * * Property management of multiple properties * Aircraft management * Boat management * Personal errands * Ensuring owner requests are carried out *Requirements* * Ability to travel on occasion * Ability to go to after hours events * Valid drivers license * US citizen or work permit *Skills Required *(Please do not apply if you do not have the skills required. Candidates that do not have these skill sets will not be considered.) * Previous job experience as an administrative, personal or executive assistant * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highly Proficient in MS Office.
