The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal and external events throughout the year. This role provides logistical and administrative support to event initiatives across Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales, helping ensure smooth, well-organized experiences for employees, customers, and prospects.

The coordinator will assist with event logistics including tradeshow booth coordination, vendor communication, meeting scheduling, travel and dining reservations, and on-site support. Responsibilities include coordinating small in-house meetings, supporting participation in select tradeshows, and helping organize internal meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on coordination, thrives on organization and follow-through, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks while supporting more senior team members on event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Tradeshow Management (5 annually)

  • Own end-to-end logistics and execution for company participation (vendor booth, sponsorship, attendees) in cybersecurity industry tradeshows.
  • Coordinate booth design, branding, logistics, shipping, and vendor management.
  • Manage event budgets and negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Align with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to ensure lead capture systems, demo readiness, and messaging are consistent.

City Summits (10 annually)

  • Plan and execute regional events for potential and existing customers to support account expansion objectives, along with employee team-building and networking opportunities. City Summit includes a social activity, corporate travel and meals and scheduling customer meetings.
  • Partner with Sales and HR to select locations, define agendas, and support logistics.
  • Manage venue sourcing, catering, AV, setup, and on-site event flow.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality attendee experiences aligned with our brand.
  • Measure event effectiveness and gather actionable feedback.

Corporate Events and Trainings

  • Drive the logistics for corporate events and in-person trainings, such as the 35-employee Sales Kickoff.
  • Coordinate travel, agenda planning, team-building activities, and vendor management.

General Event Operations

  • Maintain a master event calendar, timelines, and project plans.
  • Manage event registration platforms and communications.
  • Track and report on budgets, expenses, and event performance.
  • Maintain inventory of event materials, booth assets, and branded swag.

This position is hybrid with flexible remote work; however, candidates must live within driving distance of our Leesburg, VA headquarters and be able to support onsite events and manage inventory as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in corporate event planning and/or tradeshow management (B2B environment preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with event vendors, venues, AV providers, and booth suppliers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel for events (estimated 20–30%).
  • Within driving distance of Leesburg corporate office, with ability to support local events and inventory management.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Requires frequent walking and standing for extended periods during event setup and execution.

Posted Salary Range

$65,000 - $80,000 annual salary
