1st Shift Blender Operator (Dry Powder)

The right candidate will have previous experience in blending (preferably in the food and beverage industry, not required), and have a stable work history with previous employers. Must be able to be accountable to the Company’s need for overtime & weekend work as required.

Standard Hours:
1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday); OT and weekends as needed

Job Summary: The Blender Operator is responsible for the accurate pre-weighing, loading, mixing and blending of dry powder ingredients, while monitoring equipment, documenting batch records (MMR), performing in-process checks, and working with the team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and product integrity.

What You'll Do: What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 years of experience in a mixer/blender role, preferably in food manufacturing
• Must be able to proficiently read, write, and communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a bottling and canning facility or food/beverage manufacturing environment with understanding of food safety/quality programs such as GMPs

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to stand; walk; talk or hear; reach above shoulders; use hands to finger, handle, grasp, pinch or touch objects, controls, tools or equipment; kneel, crouch and use foot/feet to operate machinery; bend at the waist; climb or balance
• Frequently required to lift, carry, move, push or pull materials, product or equipment up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to ten (10) or more hours in a single shift
• This position requires reliability & punctuality, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team*

Compensation Package:

• Starting Pay Rate - $20.00 per hour
