What You'll Do as a Sales Representative:
- Represent AT&T's most up-to-date wireless, 5G, and internet solutions through direct sales strategies.
- Connect with customers in person to assess needs, explain benefits, and match them with the best AT&T products and services.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by offering expert product knowledge and seamless sales support.
- Complete full sales cycles, from first contact to activation, while accurately tracking all customer interactions and data.
- Manage a designated territory, identify new sales opportunities, and implement outreach strategies to meet and exceed goals.
- Collaborate with mentors and managers to continuously improve your performance as a Sales Representative.
- Submit regular reports and insights on customer trends, sales results, and territory performance to leadership.
