Your Impact
- Lead, develop, and motivate the Service Technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to support team growth
- Manage daily operations of the Service Department
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated or high-priority customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved thoroughly and professionally
- Conduct periodic ride-alongs, field audits, and quality checks to maintain service standards
- Analyze service performance metrics and proactively implement improvements
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of service staff
- Travel as needed to support team members in various locations or visit customer sites
What You Provide
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train, coach, and motivate others
- Excellent communication, listening, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Experience managing teams or overseeing customer-focused operations (service industry experience preferred)
- Ability to climb, kneel, or access confined areas when assisting the team as needed
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Willingness to travel based on business needs
