Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Expert to join our team at Fortress Floors of Iowa. Fortress Floors of Iowa is an indoor/outdoor concrete coating company that transforms spaces into modern and stylish floors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing polyurea/flake flooring systems, grinding/sealing, polishing and staining concrete floors.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
-Grinding and preparing floors for concrete coatings.
- Handling/operating power tools.
-Operating large concrete grinder
-Installing concrete coatings
Qualifications
-Must by 18 years old.
- Reliable, Motivated and Trustworthy.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Able to work in fast paced environment that can be stressful at times.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
