The Role
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This position is ideal for organized, driven, and results-oriented professionals with B2B sales experience. Successful candidates will have the opportunity for promotion to Account Manager within 2 years based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by prospecting and cultivating leads.
- Market and sell Fortress Controls’ smart building solutions to commercial clients, schools, and municipalities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Manage sales pipelines and track performance using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Some leads and assigned verticals will be provided; proactive outreach is expected
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience; a current book of commercial business is a plus.
- Technical aptitude and fast computer skills.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and time management skills.
- Minimum Associate’s degree or relevant Electrical Training/Vocational/Sales Certificate; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to multitask independently.
