The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong analytical and communication skills. The primary focus is to support the financial planning process by building plans, gathering client data, and assisting advisors in delivering a high-quality planning experience.
· Build and update holistic financial plans using PX for client presentations, coordinating with advisors as needed.
· Assist with onboarding new financial planning clients, including gathering and organizing required data.
· Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings and financial plan delivery.
· Communicate with clients and team members to obtain information, provide updates, and support plan completion.
· Maintain compliant electronic client files, including detailed notes and documentation.
· Support advisors with case preparation, analysis, and follow-up action items.
· Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial planning deliverables.
· Collaborate with operations, investment, and insurance teams to support integrated client service.
· Respond promptly to internal and client service requests with professionalism.
· Send, track, and follow up on invoices for fee-based plans
· Support advisors with comprehensive financial recommendations
· Provide general administrative and financial planning support as needed.
· Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
· PA Life, Accident & Health Insurance License (must have or obtain within first 45 days of employment)
· Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize and meet daily requirements and deadlines
· Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and diplomacy, while adhering to regulatory and company compliance requirements
· Strong communications skills (written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate effectively with team and others
· Proficient in CRM, PX, Microsoft Applications, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel
· FINRA Registration SIE, Series 6 or 7, and 63 Licensing (Obtain within first two years of employment)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and/or equivalent work experience beneficial
