Fortitude Roofing is hiring a Greater Wilmington Territory Sales Representative to own market growth and run a disciplined, high-standard sales operation. This is a role for a professional closer who can self-generate consistently, manage a pipeline with precision, and represent a premium brand without cutting corners.

The model (what you can count on)
- Lead mix: ~80/20 self-generated vs. company-provided
- Average sale price: Retail ~$20K ASP | Insurance ~$30K ASP
- Production: 1-day installation standard for most jobs
- Scheduling: 30–45 days from contract acceptance to install (typical)
- Support: Inside Sales Support Sales Ops handoff post-sale so you can keep selling
What you’ll do
- Own Greater Wilmington: build market share through referrals, relationships, and disciplined prospecting
- Run inspections, build scope, and present clear, confident proposals
- Guide homeowners through retail and insurance pathways with transparency and professionalism
- Manage your pipeline with CRM discipline: next steps, follow-ups, and accurate forecasting
- Set expectations properly up front (including the 30–45 day production window) and protect the customer experience
- Work tightly with production and Sales Ops to ensure clean handoffs and zero dropped details
Who succeeds here:
You are not looking for “another roofing job.” You want a territory, a real standard, and a company that operates like a business.
You likely have:
- 2–5 years of roofing sales/inspections (retail and/or insurance)
- Strong working knowledge of roofing systems; insurance process fluency is a plus
- A proven ability to build trust quickly and close without pressure tactics
- High personal standards: clean documentation, clean communication, clean outcomes
- The discipline to self-generate consistently (because that’s the job)
Compensation & tools
- Commission: 8–12% of ACV (Actual Contract Value)
- Minimum OTE: $120K with meaningful upside for strong producers
- Merit-based company vehicle, gas card, and technology package
